HEIDI VINCENT
MUSIC
The phonograph (1800s) used a stylus & grooves to reproduce sound, thanks Thomas Edison. Vinyl arrived in 1948 via Columbia Records (Milstein performing “Mendelssohn”) & continues to have collectors hooked.
8-Tracks boomed mid-60s, I’ve still got my mom’s “Glass Houses“- Billy Joel!
Around the same time, cassette tapes gave us mix-tapes, road-trip jams & boombox moments, thx John Cusack,,, “In Your Eyes.”
The 80s brought CDs, & yes, I fell for Columbia House’s 10-for-a-penny deal. Now? Streaming rules! It’s $20.4B industry (IFPI 2025).
These two CDs below are some of my treasures: debut “Happy Now” (my fave) & sophomore “Something Borrowed, Something Blue.” I hope they’ll be yours too.
Support indie. Keep it real.
MERCH
❤️🔥 Rebel & Rhinestones 💎 was born out of my love of “Rhinestone Cowboy,” at age 6, relentlessly belting it at the top of my lungs, chasing the sparkle while never quite fitting the mold.
This new store is a mix of my rebel spirit & the stories I sing in my music such as “Criminal” & “Mean Jolene;” a little outlaw, a little glamour & a whole lot of sass.
This is my merch for the bold, the heartbroken and the unapologetic selves.
New song.
New Mean Jolene merch SOON!🤠
