“Something Borrowed, Something Blue” NOW!
“Something Borrowed, Something Blue,” my follow-up to Happy Now, showcases a blend of purity and experimentation.
Recorded in Vancouver, BC, with producer Vic Levak at Hush Studios, the album features a unique collaboration with hard rock Isreali band “Guidance,” who happened to be in Vancouver recording their own music. Their contribution added a powerful, infused energy to several tracks.
In a new creative experiment, for me at least, is one standout song, “Fade,” it explores a loop-based approach, with vocals and organic instrumentation layered to create a rich, textured sound.
