In 2006, I was fortunate to be chosen to play Canadian Music Week in Toronto, Ontario. I was also a featured artist on the Canadian Artist Sampler for the Festival.
Trent Gauthier, formerly of The Daisy Chain & Deluxe backed me on guitars and some friends and family came out to see us (Les & Debbie Leck, Guiseppe Mandarino, Elizabeth (Slaughter) Lauder and more… I believe this upstairs venue (the name escapes me) was on Queen Street near Jeff Healey’s club. I was ecstatic and had so much fun!
